Service Description

Reiki is a healing practice which can play a powerful role in supporting your emotional wellbeing. During a reiki session, I address imbalances in your energetic field, supporting you to navigate the flow of your life with more ease and confidence. Clients report feeling calm, relaxed and deeply grounded after a session. Sessions can be conducted lying down or seated, in comfortable clothing. We always go at your pace to facilitate a session which is effective and relaxing. Sessions usually take place with dim lighting, gentle music, and light aromatherapy. If you don’t enjoy these sensory experiences, we’ll adjust to something that feels peaceful and reassuring for your unique nervous system. Included: Welcome and consultation, reiki treatment, debrief about the healing experience, feedback to continue to support healing at home.
