Service Description
Reiki is an energy healing system which can be practised remotely as well as face to face. For clients who are unable to attend face to face sessions, online reiki is available. To get the most out of your session, ensure you are in a quiet location and are unlikely to be disturbed during the healing. If you have a laptop or phone ensure this is fully charged and can be set up so that I have a full view of you during the session. Test speakers and microphone to make sure we can communicate during the healing. You may wish to have water and blankets on hand. During the session you will receive: Welcome, reiki healing, short-personalized meditation to conclude the healing, intention setting and next steps.
